Mr. Mahajan is an Associate in the International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution team of Clifford Chance LLP, Singapore. He is qualified to practice in India and due to be admitted in New York in 2016 (passed the NY bar in 2015). He holds a Masters in Law from Harvard Law School, with focus on the fields of international arbitration and international trade law. Mr. Mahajan has extensive experience of representing the government, public sector undertakings and private parties in institutional (ICC, LCIA, SIAC and HKIAC) and ad hoc arbitrations, and litigation proceedings in various jurisdictions, including Paris, London, Singapore, Hong-Kong and India. Previously, He was a disputes lawyer with the offices of Additional Solicitor General and Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, New Delhi wherein he worked on numerous litigation, domestic arbitration and international arbitration matters including on aspects of Vodafone tax dispute and White Industries award.
