The Centre for Advanced Research and Training in Arbitration Law (CARTAL) and Indian Journal of Arbitration Law (IJAL) recently conducted the 8th Gary B. Born Essay Competition on International Arbitration, 2024.
We are pleased to announce that the following are the results:
